Farm Life: My teenage chicks are now moved near the chicken coop and today I moved one of the coops away with the tractor. All I need now are some more roosts to put in the main coop and I will be all set to keep them in there for good.

Tom and I found a great aluminum tank at the local army surplus junkyard this last weekend. It was perfect light weight Tom attached it already to a moving stand on skits.

It had attachments already to put a connecter for the waterspouts and it had an opening to put the water in it. It was also curved at the bottom that the water when low will go to that one spot to spill out through the hose.

Perfect perfect! Thank you God! I can�t wait till it�s all connected so we can take a picture of it. With this watering system I will be able to fill it up and wont have to fill it up for 3 days. Do you know what that means to me? That means I don�t have to go to the chicken coop way out in the field three times a day to water!

This means I just go once to pick up eggs in the afternoon and once in evening but I don�t have to mess with the water hose. This means in the winter when I don�t have to pick up eggs twice that I will only go out once a day. Yah for me! Yah for farmer Sam and the perfect watering system.

We had our pecans sprayed but still not sure if its doing any good we still see the web worms on the trees in the web moving about. I wonder if it just killed the ones outside? I need to talk to the Crop duster guy to ask him what the instructions said for the spray.

Family: My poor daughter has been in pain. I stayed up with her late last night holding her as she cried. Those braces really hurt her mouth. My own sweet niece in Calif had them put on too and my sister said it took her a week to be able to eat properly.

I gave her the last of the med�s last night and stayed with her till she fell asleep. I was exhausted by morning. Today went out to get her stronger meds she said she felt better today. Poor thing will have to be drugged up for a few days. I hope she feels better before we leave on our trip to Oklahoma.

My dad and I mowed around the house today: me with the hand mower, and my dad of course on the riding mower, it looks good. I swept the back porch and will have to finish up tomorrow. Thursday I do the egg thing but one of my customers didn�t come through so I will not have that many.

I have to go to Dentist tomorrow so they can put in the crown that they messed up on! It was suppose to have been a filling about 3 months ago and they didn�t seal it right so now I need a fricken crown.

They deducted for the crown I made them since it was their fault I had a cavity. There�s and the fricken sugar I wonder if I can sue the sugar company hehe

I have done most of my Budget site its almost done. I need the frugal gardening site and the Realestate sites put up then go over small things. I am so excited I can�t wait for everyone to see it.

I hope it helps. I got two guest signatures this last week one from my sister in Calif and another from someone that liked my site. I just love when I hear from people.

I have it countered and it looks like I am getting 11-27 hits on it every day from new people coming in and old people coming in to look again. Wow technology how cool is it.

Homeschooling: With daughter back from camp we were going to start up again but daughter has been miserable with the braces so I have been letting it skip and she has just been resting. We did go to the library so she can get the third chapter of the books she is reading, American girls series. She really likes this one girl who just came to America for some reason she is really bonding with her and her life. Maybe cause a lot of it is farming like we are doing.

Health: No work outs so far always on the go in the morning and don�t have time, but I don�t feel that bad cause I am still walking and instead today I did mow a lot pushing that mower I think I burned more calories this way.

Cowfund: My book came in!!!! I can�t wait to read it. She even signed a little card to the book the author. I am going to paste it to the book for a keepsake. This Thursday is payday so I will be adding another $25 to my cow fund for a total of $50.00

Police Reports:

A husband, wife, and girlfriend were arguing near the lake. After police arrived girl friend left. Wife told police it was likely argument would continue, but there would be no violence: Me Well maybe a few bruises here and there to the husband but nothing that anyone would notice, and she is going to throw his stuff out in the street, and empty out the bank account, but no violence really officer.

Owner of a Marina told police five men broken into his fence and were drinking all night. The men threatened him when asked to leave. Me: Man what nerve, these guys had to be really drunk maybe they thought they were someplace else or just typical punks.

An area rancher reported finding a gray pickup truck abandoned on his property. The truck appeared to have hit a fence. Me: So the guy wakes up the next morning with hangover and goes out side and says, �Where the hell is my truck?

Man found truckloads of roofing material dumped on his property. Me: Either it�s a hint from someone to fix his roof either or I would be saying Yah baby! New roofing for my house!

A 21 daughter of a woman took her blazer without permission and left a letter saying she would not be coming back. Me: Ahhh come on mom this is a cry for help if I ever did read one. I bet she wrote also, and don�t come for me I will be at such and such place and the phone number is bla bla bla and I will be there all day so don�t call me mom or come look for me.

May 31 Police provided a funeral escort. Me: Gosh does this mean when I die I will get a full fledge small town police escort too! Someones got to stop people going by at that one town stoplight eh.

A child reported lost at HEB was later found hiding in the store. Me: Guess he didn�t want to go home. HEB can be such fun. Either that or he thought he was playing hide a seek. Seriously I would freak if my son got lost.

Two cars collided at the post office: Me: My stamp! No my stamp! Or I have to get out fast and get in line or I will be second in line!!!! Just for you city folks to get that joke, we don�t wait in line very long like you city dwellers do.
